Machines Fleet

Viemme Srl has set up a measurement area with highly sophisticated equipment to control the machined parts.

Three Vici Vision MTL (300 and 500) allow to control the profile of complex parts with diameter range of 1 to 130 mm by optical scanning. With a 3D contact measuring device “DEA Scirocco”, performing a 3D measurement of complex parts, up to a maximum dimension of 1400 x 860 x 660 mm, Viemme Srl strives to attain a high quality level of production, meeting the Customer performance expectations.

The quality control equipment takes also advantage of an optical magnification system, the OGP Smartscope 200.

From a mechanical and technological point of view, Viemme Srl is constantly striving to attain the top performance. A cutting edge equipment inventory is available and still growing up, in order to expand its production capacity and skills.

In addition to the machinery indicated, Viemme also has other machinery and equipment that complete the cycle of the production processing requested by the customer.
